Circuit Leadership Team (CLT)

The CLT is made up of the members of the Circuit Ministry Team (the Ministers and Lay Workers), the Circuit Stewards, and the Circuit Safeguarding Officer. Other people may be co-opted to the CLT as needs arise. The Circuit Operations Manager is the CLT Secretary.

The CLT has an overview of the circuit. It meets regularly, at least six times per year, to consider, plan and pray for the strategy, mission and ministry of the circuit. It considers the life of each church Iin the circuit on a rota basis. The Circuit Leadership prepares for and reports to the Circuit Meeting, from which the CLT has delegated decision-making powers for urgent matters.
